Scenic Corridor Issues

The scenic corridor hearing process continues. The property owners association has been actively involved in making sure the prominent ridge lines are designated and that the Shadow Hills area will retain its rural atmosphere. This is an ongoing process, but the passage of this legislation along with other legislation including zoning laws will provide substantial added protection and reduce the amount of time needed to be spent on individual projects.
