Save the Verdugos Benefit Concert, Attention All Musicians
From Lari Kunze, Member of CAPCAP Views is looking for musicians who would like to donate their talents to keep the scenic corridor scenic. As a way to raise funds through donations, we are planning to host a day long musical event on Saturday, July 24, 2004 (from 12:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.), and bill it as "Music for the Canyons/A Party " (unofficial venue). We will divide the day into 15 minute segments, and ask each performer how many segments they would need. We hope to have a combination of singer/songwriters, as well as a few bands. If you are a musician (either a single singer/songwriter or have a band) and would be willing to donate your talent, we have an outdoor venue in Tujunga.
