Preserving our Open Spaces

The Valley Horse Owners Association supports the preservation in perpetuality of the few open spaces remaining in the City of Los Angeles. In some cases, nature stops us from our own fool hardiness of building wall to wall with the need for flood plans and by natural deterrents like rivers. But people need to protect the rare scenic beauty that still remains.
